3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made upfront or as per the agreed milestones.
- Payments are non-refundable once the work has started or assets (e.g., designs, domains, etc.) have been shared.
- Invoices must be cleared as per the due date mentioned.
4. Intellectual Property
All website designs, source code, graphics, and content developed by Preparing Web are the property of the client once full payment is received. Until then, all work remains the intellectual property of Preparing Web.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide timely feedback, required content, images, and approvals.
- Be responsive via email, phone, or WhatsApp during the project duration.
- Ensure no copyright-infringing content is shared.
6. Revisions and Support
- Most packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Any additional changes may incur extra charges.
- Technical support is available for 15 days post-delivery, unless an extended maintenance plan is purchased.
7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results such as lead volume, traffic, or revenue unless explicitly mentioned. Website performance depends on many external factors like ads, SEO, market demand, and your sales funnel.
8. Third-Party Tools
We may use or integrate third-party tools (like hosting, domain providers, CRMs, WhatsApp APIs, etc.). We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Preparing Web shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or data breach resulting from misuse, user errors, third-party failures, or force majeure events. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a project if:
- The client is unresponsive for 15 days.
- Payment terms are violated.
- Abuse, harassment, or unprofessional behavior occurs.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shamli, Uttar Pradesh.
